Welcome to Rev & Bows. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed.
Prices, product availability, and promotions may change at any time. Rev & Bows reserves the right to correct pricing, description, or listing errors and to cancel or refund an order if an error affects the purchase.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Many Rev & Bows products are custom, personalized, or made to order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, wording, colors, photos, artwork, sizes, and other personalization details.
If a design proof is provided, please review it carefully before approval. Approval of a proof confirms acceptance of the spelling, wording, dates, layout, colors, sizing, and other visible design details shown in the proof.
Once a proof is approved and production begins, changes may no longer be possible.
Rev & Bows is not responsible for spelling, wording, dates, sizing, color selections, or other personalization errors that were submitted or approved by the customer.
Customer-Provided Photos, Logos & Artwork
By submitting photos, logos, artwork, designs, or other materials, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use it for the requested product.
Customers are responsible for providing files of sufficient quality and resolution for production. Rev & Bows is not responsible for reduced print quality caused by low-resolution, blurry, compressed, cropped, distorted, or otherwise unsuitable customer-provided files.
Rev & Bows reserves the right to decline any order involving material we believe may violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Apparel Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product size.
Size charts and sizing information are provided as a guide only. Fit may vary by garment brand, style, material, cut, and individual preference.
Rev & Bows is not responsible for fit or sizing issues when the product received matches the size ordered by the customer.
Design & Product Variations
Colors may appear slightly different on screens than they do on the finished product.
Because many items are handmade, sublimated, pressed, printed, or individually produced, slight variations in placement, color, size, texture, or appearance may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Production Times
Production times shown on product pages are estimates.
Ready-made designs generally require approximately 1–2 business days for production.
Custom designs may require approximately 2–4 business days for proof preparation, followed by approximately 1–2 business days for production after approval.
During holidays, large-order periods, supply delays, or other high-volume times, production may take longer.
Rush production or expedited completion is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to by Rev & Bows before the order is placed.
Shipping
Shipping time is separate from production time.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an address error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible.
Rev & Bows is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, carrier service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders.
Customers should wait until receiving confirmation that an order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Please collect completed orders within the timeframe communicated by Rev & Bows.
Orders left unclaimed for an extended period may be considered abandoned after reasonable attempts have been made to contact the customer.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available for certain orders and locations at Rev & Bows’ discretion.
Delivery availability, timing, location, and any applicable fee will be confirmed before delivery is arranged.
Changes & Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Changes or cancellations may be available before production begins.
Custom or personalized orders generally cannot be changed or canceled once production has started or a design proof has been approved.
Any approved cancellation may be subject to non-refundable costs already incurred for materials, design work, or production.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom and personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective, damaged, or Rev & Bows made an error in producing the order.
For non-custom products, please contact us if you have an issue with your order so we can review the situation.
Returns or exchanges, when approved, must follow the instructions provided by Rev & Bows.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
Please provide:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the product and the problem
We will review the order and determine the appropriate replacement, correction, refund, or other resolution.
Do not discard damaged packaging or products until we have reviewed the issue, as additional photos or information may be requested.
Product Care
Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with the product or listed on the product page.
Damage caused by improper washing, drying, cleaning, heating, pressing, storage, handling, dishwasher use, microwave use, or other misuse is not considered a product defect.
Normal wear, fading, discoloration, or deterioration resulting from use, washing, exposure, friction, or age is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Handmade & Sublimated Products
Some products are produced using sublimation, heat pressing, vinyl, DTF printing, or other custom production methods.
Minor differences in color saturation, placement, alignment, edge appearance, or texture may occur from item to item.
These natural production variations do not constitute a defect unless they materially affect the intended use of the product.
Refusal of Service
Rev & Bows reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary, including orders involving inappropriate, unlawful, infringing, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise unacceptable content.
If Rev & Bows cancels an order before production begins, any applicable payment will be refunded.
Website Content
Product images, photographs, graphics, designs, logos, text, and other content created by Rev & Bows may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Mockups and product photos are provided for illustrative purposes. Finished products may vary slightly due to monitor settings, material variations, garment color, manufacturing tolerances, and production methods.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rev & Bows is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Our responsibility for any claim relating to an order will generally not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Privacy
Use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
Rev & Bows may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version posted on this website at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
